After dealing with digestive and inflammation issues for years, I embarked on a quest to find a healthier and more sustainable diet. In 2016, my family and I made a life-changing decision to eliminate grains from our meals.
Transitioning to a grain-free diet meant we had to find alternatives to our usual grain-based foods. One of the biggest challenges we faced was in baking. We experimented with various non-grain flours available in the market until we finally created a unique flour blend that allowed us to enjoy baked goods once again.

Hello! My name is Karin, and I have been a follower of Jesus for over 40 years. I am happily married to my wonderful husband for more than 20 years, and we have been busy raising our three amazing sons together. We have been homeschooling for more than 15 years, which has been a journey filled with faith and wonders.
